These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nordic Stream Agency ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the NordicStream mobile application (the "App"). The App is available through Google Play and Apple App Store.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is intended exclusively for TikTok creators who are managed by Nordic Stream Agency. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

The App requires authentication through your TikTok account using OAuth. We do not store your TikTok login credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TikTok account and any activities that occur through your account when using the App. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, course materials, and user interfaces, are owned by Nordic Stream Agency or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.
We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nordic stream agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the app, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nordic Stream Agency and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with Section 13.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nordic Stream Agency regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
